Leisure and Culture Catalan Organization ( ACTLC ) is a non-profit-making organization created in Barcelona in 1988. Our organization objectives specially refer to:
We offer consulting services to economic, social and cultural development programmes support as well as specialized and technical assistance.
We develop investigation programmes for the improvement of organization systems for companies and organizations and general management of tourism, culture and leisure.
Nationally we work within different Spanish Autonomous Communities.
ACTLC works through a group of members, who are fully committed to the organization, its goals, its principles and its methodology.
All members are professional owners, company managers or civil servants who belong to different institutions and who work within the public and private sectors.
The qualifications of our members cover many disciplines such as: engineering, anthropology, psychology, pedagogy, economy, sociology, MBAs, architecture, marketing, tourist activities and cultural patrimony among others.
All members have on average, more than 15 years of experience carrying out development programmes, technical assistances and strategy consulting.
All ACTLC members share a vision focused on the development processes in order to be able to create the suitable conditions which generate the highest probability of economic, social and environmental sustainability of the programmes we participate in.
We think that in order to carry out sucessfully any development programme it is essential to have the necessary technical resources: the right knowledge, ability and tools for each subject matter. However, our experience has showed us that these conditions are necessary but not enough.

At present ACTLC has offices and permanent members in Argentina, Morocco, Bolivia and Vietnam. We have also established agreements with different companies and institutions that share our working methodology and strengthen our capacity of action in different countries.
We have signed agreements with acamedic institutions whom we normally collaborate with.
